BANANA BREAD BAKED OATS ।। KETO DIET ।। NEW RECIPIE


 


 Ingredients:


60g (1/2 cup) oats, blended

5 tbsp any milk

40g banana, mashed

1/3 baking powder

1/3 baking soda

1 tsp margarine

1 tbsp sweetener

Squeeze lemon juice

Pinch cinnamon


Method:-


1. Peel and chop half a banana (40g) and mash with a fork in a cup. To make mashing easier you can pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds to soften.


2. Then add all the ingredients except the oats.


3. Mix it all together with a spoon.


4. Blitz the oats to a flour consistency using a hand blender or food processor then add it to the cup.


5. Give it all a stir and leave to rest for a couple of minutes.


6. Then pop the cup in the microwave on high for 90 seconds.


7. Once cooked use a sharp knife to edge it out of the cup and turn out onto a plate.


8. Eat it as it is, or slice and spread with butter.
